Old Time Is Still A-Flying...

It suddenly dawned on me today that it is almost mid-March already. What happened to February? February came and went with the blink of an eye and i don't remember much about it at all save for CNY and Istanbul. :)

My parents will be arriving on Sunday evening (much-awaited visit!) for about 10 days. Guess we'll just hang out and eat at 'famous' london chinese restaurants and try to pack as much in as we can (e.g. musicals, concerts, Hamleys etc). Have also booked a trip for us to Prague for the weekend after, and i hear it is very picturesque and idyllic so am really looking forward to it! :) by the time they leave, it will be almost the end of March already and that's the end of another month! Time is really flying!

So must buckle down during Easter break (March 23 - April 23) to finish up my essays - since there will be no classes for that month and i am not going back to Sg. hopefully by the time CH comes up in mid/end May, i would have finished my work and can relax for a bit before buckling down to study for exams in Aug/Sept. and that would bring us to the end of a whole year from the time i came to london already. WOW.

Today, we went to a nice Italian restaurant in Farringdon for dinner. It's called Attilio's and it's a quaint little restaurant that serves decent Italian food at good value. best of all the atmosphere is really charming and i enjoyed the food and the company! strangely we were the only people under 50 at the restaurant...but i'm not complaining, it made me feel youthful for once, compared to all the 'si ginna' i'm surrounded by in the law faculty at school. haha. i really should have taken pictures but i forgot so i guess that means i'll have to go back there again before i leave london for good. :)

We are officially having springtime flowers and weather now...with lots of sun, rain and generally cheerier atmosphere all round. must say i much prefer this to depressing winter-time bleahness.

So back to gathering those rose-buds...
